1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon butter
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¾ cup whole cranberry sauce
¼ cup chili sauce
¼ cup apple juice
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Pound chicken slightly and sprinkle with pepper. In a large pan, brown chicken in butter.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer covered for 15 minutes. Remove the lid and boil until
the sauce is desired thickness.
