The DASH diet is flexible and adaptable to your favorite foods , tastes, and lifestyle. DASH is recommended by the 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans and ChooseMyPlate.gov as one of the best plans people of all ages can follow to be healthy. 

A panel of scientific experts selected by US News and World Report have also selected DASH as "Best Overall Diet."
